In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of administrative support functions and ensuring quality customer service across lab operations. Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise a team of administrative support staff to ensure quality customer service
  2. Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service performance
  4. Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  7. Identify areas of improvement and devise solutions
  8. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  9. Develop and implement procedures and systems to ensure quality assurance
  10. Track customer service metrics and report results to management
