  • Develop and implement sustainable practices throughout LabCorp's supply chain
  • Stay up-to-date on current sustainability trends and best practices in the supply chain industry
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with sustainability standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into supply chain processes and decisions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in supply chain sustainability
  • Analyze data and track progress towards sustainability goals and targets
  • Communicate and promote sustainability initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively participate in sustainability-related events and conferences to stay informed and share knowledge
  • Stay informed on relevant regulations and laws related to supply chain sustainability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, advocating for sustainable practices and promoting partnerships
  • Work closely with procurement and sourcing teams to ensure sustainability is considered in supplier selection and contract negotiations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Sustainability, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Industry Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Environmental Sustainability Principles And Regulations, Including Waste Reduction, Energy Efficiency, And Sustainable Sourcing.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Sustainable Supply Chain Initiatives, Including Tracking And Reporting On Key Performance Indicators.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Internal Teams And External Partners To Drive Sustainability Efforts.
