- Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable about LabCorp's services, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and review team members' performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to identify and implement strategies for improving customer service processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, review performance metrics, and address any concerns or challenges.
- Prepare and analyze service data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with LabCorp is exceptional.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, excellent customer service, and teamwork within the team and throughout the company.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Call Center Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Service Representatives.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.
Proficient In Computer Skills And Ability To Learn And Navigate New Software Systems.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Experience In A Healthcare Or Laboratory Setting Preferred.
