  1. Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Schedule and confirm appointments for laboratory testing services.
  4. Accurately enter patient and client information into the system.
  5. Process and handle payments from clients and patients.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the lab.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  8. Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  9. Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  10. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  11. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies when handling patient information.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  13. Attend training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
