Completion Of An Accredited Phlebotomy Training Program Or Equivalent Education And Experience.
Current Certification As A Phlebotomist From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or National Healthcareer Association (Nha).
Experience With Various Blood Collection Techniques, Including Venipuncture, Capillary Puncture, And Blood Culture Collection.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Infection Control Procedures, And Safety Protocols Related To Blood Collection And Handling.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients Of All Ages And Backgrounds In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
