- Monitor inventory and supplies and order as needed.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Certification: A Phlebotomist Should Possess A Current Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Phlebotomist Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Terminology To Accurately Label And Handle Blood Specimens.
Experience In Venipuncture: Labcorp Requires Candidates To Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Venipuncture, Including The Collection And Handling Of Blood Specimens.
Attention To Detail: A Phlebotomist Must Have Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate Labeling And Handling Of Specimens, As Well As Following Proper Safety Protocols.
