  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive for appointments, making them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information accurately and efficiently.
  • Explain and obtain necessary forms and signatures for consent, release of information, and insurance billing purposes.
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Answer patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow in a timely and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and medical staff to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the intake process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking and ordering necessary supplies.
  • Attend and participate in training and meetings as required.
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the patient experience.
