- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to the organization.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or concerns that arise.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding compliance questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in healthcare compliance.
- Advise and guide management on compliance-related matters.
- Participate in internal and external compliance audits.
- Proactively identify and address potential compliance risks.
- Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the compliance program.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Quality Assurance Within The Healthcare Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations, Including Hipaa, Clia, And Osha.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Compliance Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Staff On Compliance Issues.
