- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies for daily use.

- Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory techniques and procedures.

- Keep up-to-date with current laboratory practices and procedures in microbiology.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in daily team meetings and provide updates on testing progress and any potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor new laboratory assistants as needed.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in microbiology.
Bachelor's Degree In Microbiology, Biology, Or A Related Field.
Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Microbiology Or Clinical Lab.
Knowledge Of Microbiological Techniques, Including Culturing, Staining, And Microscopy.
Familiarity With Laboratory Safety Protocols And Procedures.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Interpret Data.
