- Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.

- Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure accuracy and precision of test results.
- Train and supervise laboratory assistants and other team members.

- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding test results and patient care.
- Take responsibility for maintaining inventory and ordering necessary supplies.

Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Accurately Under Pressure In A Fast-Paced Environment
Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) By A Recognized Accrediting Agency Such As Ascp Or Amt
Knowledge And Proficiency In Performing A Variety Of Laboratory Tests, Including Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, And Immunology
