Medical Technologist

We are looking for an experienced Medical Technologist to join our team at LabCorp! You should also have knowledge of laboratory techniques, data analysis, and medical terminology. You must have great communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Perform laboratory tests accurately and efficiently, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
2. Analyze test results and provide accurate and timely results to medical staff.
3. Maintain complete and accurate records of laboratory tests and results.
4. Monitor and order laboratory supplies and equipment as needed.
5. Adhere to relevant safety and quality standards in the laboratory.
6. Maintain a current knowledge of advances in laboratory medicine and technology.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other personnel.
8. Assist with training new personnel in laboratory techniques and procedures.
9. Participate in laboratory quality control and assurance procedures.
10. Manage patient samples and specimens.
