- Accurately record and maintain all test results and data in the laboratory information system.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly cleaned, calibrated, and stocked.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to troubleshoot issues, maintain quality control, and ensure accurate results.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients regarding laboratory procedures and results.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance with accrediting agencies and government regulations.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data.
Bachelor's Degree In A Science-Related Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Prior Laboratory Experience, Either Through Coursework Or Previous Employment.
Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Safety Protocols.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
