  1. Perform laboratory tasks and procedures accurately and efficiently, including sample preparation and analysis, data entry, and equipment maintenance.
  2. Follow established protocols and procedures for handling and processing specimens, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with team members, including scientists and technicians, to ensure smooth and timely completion of tasks.
  6. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies and equipment, notifying management of any shortages or issues.
  8. Perform quality control checks on laboratory equipment and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
  9. Keep accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities, results, and observations.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing processes.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on new techniques, technologies, and protocols.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and following ethical guidelines.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in laboratory processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Clinical Or Research Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Pipetting, Sample Preparation, And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Follow Protocols And Procedures Accurately To Ensure Precise Results.
