IT Sr Technical Specialist

LabCorp is looking for an IT Sr Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated and passionate professionals. The IT Sr Technical Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for LabCorp’s corporate and regional IT systems. The successful candidate will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; analyze data and create reports; maintain and update documentation; and provide technical support to internal and external customers.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of five years’ experience in IT technical support. Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, VMware, and Linux is required. The successful candidate will also have experience with scripting and automation, as well as extensive experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for LabCorp's corporate and regional IT systems, including resolving complex technical issues.
2. Analyze data and create reports.
3. Maintain and update documentation.
4. Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
