IT Manager - NOC & Vulnerability Management

Lead/mentor/develop team of technical professionals, Partners, Contractors in a fast-paced Global network environment to maintain and/or restore operational Networking Services. Represent IT Network Team in Risk and Vulnerability review meetings. Present updates on risk and vulnerability status. Ensure that NOC reports are accurate and delivered on time. Establish, maintain, and track budgets, capacity forecasting and health of overall network NOC resources. Facilitate troubleshooting for network support, including all layers of OSI network using common network trouble shooting tools and methods. Identify risks, provide analysis and mitigation steps and serve as liaison and point of contact for new issues/risk and vetting. Demonstrate familiarity with Network Troubleshooting Tool Suites (Extrahop, Gigamon, “Wire Data” visibility tool suites, Syslog Parsers, AKiPS, etc.). Be fluent in ITILv3 Processes and Service Restoration procedures of escalation to next level support and Management until issue is resolved.
