- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Act as a positive representative of the company and promote a positive image of the healthcare industry.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of service.
- Attend required trainings and meetings to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Cpt) Or Other Nationally Recognized Phlebotomy Certification.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
Proficiency In Venipuncture And Capillary Puncture Techniques.
