  8. Accurately enter patient information and test orders into the laboratory information system.
  9. Monitor and maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be restocked.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with phlebotomy techniques and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate results.
  12. Adhere to laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
  13. Handle difficult or challenging patient situations with empathy and professionalism.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing LabCorp and the hospital lab.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
