Completion Of An Accredited Phlebotomy Training Program Or Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The National Healthcareer Association (Nha) Or American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp).
Prior Experience In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Interact With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Laboratory Staff.
Proficient In Performing Venipuncture, Capillary Puncture, And Other Specimen Collection Techniques, With A Focus On Accuracy And Patient Comfort.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Infection Control Measures, As Well As The Ability To Handle And Dispose Of Biohazardous Materials In Accordance With Established Guidelines.
