Histotechnician

1. Perform histological tests on patient specimens accurately and efficiently, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
2. Maintain laboratory safety standards and procedures.
3. Monitor and maintain quality control standards for specimens.
4. Prepare samples for laboratory analysis and document results.
5. Update and maintain patient records and databases.
6. Communicate effectively and professionally with other departments and management.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
9. Provide excellent patient care and customer service.
10. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
