
Global Patient and Investigator Solutions Intern
LabCorp is seeking a motivated and organized Global Patient and Investigator Solutions Intern to join our team. Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of innovative solutions for clients in the global healthcare setting
• Provide customer service and support to patients and investigators
• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Prepare written materials to support customer service and marketing efforts
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to complete various tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities
• Analyze customer data and trends to identify potential areas of improvement
• Monitor customer feedback and provide reports as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of new customer service initiatives
• Assist with other projects and tasks as needed
