  1. Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business and user needs.
  2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end development.
  3. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development and make recommendations for implementation.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  7. Continuously optimize and improve existing systems and processes to enhance user experience and system performance.
  8. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  9. Test and deploy software solutions to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.
  10. Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to team members and management.
  11. Perform maintenance and updates on existing software systems.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and stay current on industry best practices.
  13. Adhere to company and industry standards and best practices for security and data protection.
  14. Proactively identify potential areas of improvement and provide suggestions for optimization.
  15. Embrace and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Multiple Programming Languages: A Full Stack Developer - Intern At Labcorp Should Have A Strong Foundation In Multiple Programming Languages, Such As Html, Css, Javascript, And At Least One Server-Side Language Like Java Or Python. This Will Enable Them To Work On Both Front-End And Back-End Development Tasks.

  • Experience With Web Development Frameworks: Candidates Should Have Experience With Popular Web Development Frameworks Like React, Angular, Or Vue. These Frameworks Are Used To Build Complex And Dynamic Web Applications, Which Are Commonly Used By Labcorp.

  • Understanding Of Database Management: A Full Stack Developer - Intern Should Have A Good Understanding Of Database Management And Be Familiar With Sql. This Will Enable Them To Design And Implement Databases To Store And Retrieve Data Efficiently.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Methodology: Labcorp Follows An Agile Development Methodology, And Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of Agile Principles And Practices. This Includes Skills Like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, And Working In A Collaborative Team Environment.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Full Stack Developers - Interns Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think Creatively To Come Up With Innovative Solutions. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Debug Complex Issues Quickly And Efficiently.
