- Develop and implement a strategic plan for managing and optimizing LabCorp's data infrastructure to support people analytics efforts.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of LabCorp's data architecture, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Lead a team of data engineers and analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data for analytics projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to support business objectives.

They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Management Principles And Possess Hands-On Experience With Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Database Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Manager In People Analytics, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Extracting Insights From Complex Datasets To Drive Business Decisions. They Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify Patterns And Trends In Data To Provide Actionable Insights.
Knowledge Of People Analytics And Hr Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of People Analytics And Hr Processes. They Should Have Experience Working With Hr Data, Such As Employee Engagement, Performance, And Turnover, And Be Able To Use This Data To Develop Strategies For Optimizing Workforce Performance.
