  1. Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures using advanced equipment and techniques to obtain accurate and reliable results.
  2. Utilize knowledge of chemistry principles to perform and interpret complex tests and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  3. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
  4. Adhere to industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance with quality standards and accuracy of test results.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  6. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of laboratory performance.

  8. Train and supervise other laboratory personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all laboratory procedures, results, and equipment maintenance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) By A Recognized Accrediting Agency

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Chemistry Laboratory Setting

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Laboratory Procedures, Instrumentation, And Quality Control Measures

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Interpret And Report Laboratory Results
