- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments in accordance with established protocols.

- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all laboratory procedures and results.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and instrument issues as they arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in continuing education to improve knowledge and skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
- Follow all regulatory and accreditation standards to maintain compliance.
- Assist in training and mentoring new laboratory staff.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new laboratory tests and procedures.
- Participate in research projects and studies as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or Related Field
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist Or Technologist (Mls Or Mlt)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Laboratory Experience, Preferably In A Clinical Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Instrumentation
Ability To Accurately Perform And Interpret Complex Laboratory Tests And Results.
