Responsibilities:

• Perform high-complexity laboratory tests according to established protocols

• Handle samples with care to ensure accuracy and reliability of results • Follow all laboratory protocols and safety procedures • Evaluate laboratory results for accuracy and completeness • Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies • Ensure laboratory records are up to date and accurate • Monitor quality control standards and report any discrepancies • Develop and implement new laboratory processes • Train and supervise laboratory personnel on laboratory procedures • Assist in research projects and other laboratory activities • Work collaboratively with other laboratory staff to ensure efficiency • Perform other duties as assigned
