- Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure proper functioning and availability for use.
- Prepare and handle specimens for testing in a timely and organized manner, following all safety and infection control protocols.
- Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare providers in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all tests performed, results obtained, and any necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality control measures are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on new procedures and technologies in the field.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) By A Nationally Recognized Accrediting Agency
Proficiency In Performing A Variety Of Laboratory Tests And Using Laboratory Equipment And Instruments
