Responsibilities:

1. Process clinical laboratory specimens using established protocols in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the quality and integrity of laboratory data.
3. Prepare specimens for courier transport and ensure that they are delivered to the appropriate destination in a timely manner.
4. Utilize laboratory information systems to accurately process and track specimens.
5. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
6. Provide superior customer service, ensuring that all questions and inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
7. Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Assist in the training of new laboratory personnel.
9. Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
10. Participate in laboratory quality control and assurance activities.
