The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated individual who excels at providing excellent customer service and is knowledgeable about the La Perla range of fragrances.The ideal candidate will have proven retail sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for fragrance. They should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, as well as possess strong organizational skills. Responsibilities:

2. Accurately describe and recommend fragrance products to customers.
3. Maintain knowledge of the La Perla range of fragrances.
4. Utilize sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
5. Monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed.
6. Assist with promotional activities and store events.
7. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
8. Remain up to date on new products and industry trends.
9. Assist in training and developing other sales staff members.
10. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
