Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales Management, Preferably In The Beauty Industry.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Strategies And Ability To Analyze Data To Drive Sales Growth.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Sales Software Or Crm Systems.
