- Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to effectively achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques are up to date.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, offering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking and product placement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, recognition, and corrective actions as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the brand and company values at all times.
- Travel to different retail locations as needed to oversee operations and ensure consistency across all stores.
- Stay informed about company policies and procedures, and ensure all team members are following them.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Sales Management, Preferably In The Beauty Or Cosmetics Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Staff.
Knowledge Of The Latest Trends And Developments In The Beauty Industry, As Well As An Understanding Of L'oréal's Products And Brand.
