- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for L'Oréal products in the retail sector.
- Manage a team of retail sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in meeting sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and negotiate favorable terms for product placement and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make strategic recommendations to increase sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure effective and timely execution of sales plans.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, inventory levels, and overall retail performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a budget for retail sales activities and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent L'Oréal at industry events and trade shows to promote our products and build brand awareness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Sales Associates.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In The Beauty Or Cosmetics Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Management And Achieving Sales Targets.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Retail Industry, Including Current Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competitor Analysis.
