In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales associates, identifying and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong partnerships with our retail partners.   1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure successful collaboration and increased sales.
  5. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback to the team.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the beauty industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  7. Create and execute effective promotions and events to drive footfall and increase sales.
  8. Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize loss.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to continuously improve sales strategies.
  12. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team compliance.
  15. Represent L'Oréal in a professional and positive manner at all times.
