  3. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and identify new sales opportunities.
  7. Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback and recommendations to improve merchandising and product placement.
  8. Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience and resolving any issues promptly.
  10. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future sales strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In The Beauty Or Cosmetics Industry

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Clients And Vendors

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sales Strategies And Techniques, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Forecasting.
