- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Associates.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Sales Management, Preferably Within The Beauty Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Retail Sales Strategies, Techniques, And Trends.
