  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive sales for our prestigious beauty brands in retail locations.
  2. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed decisions.
  4. Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met and provide feedback to store teams.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure effective product placement and promotions in stores.
  6. Train and onboard new sales associates, providing them with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques to successfully represent our brands.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to ensure strong brand presence and maximize sales opportunities.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate product availability in stores.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on sales performance, market trends, and any other relevant information.
  11. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience in retail locations by ensuring excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
  12. Represent L'Oréal at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brands and establish new business opportunities.
  13. Uphold company values and foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the retail sales team.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including budget management and expense reporting.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth, and actively contribute to the success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Associates.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Sales Management, Preferably Within The Beauty Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Retail Sales Strategies, Techniques, And Trends.
