  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and clients, negotiating contracts and securing new business.

  6. Train and onboard new sales team members, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
  9. Travel to different retail locations to oversee and support sales activities.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador, representing L'Oréal and promoting our products and values to clients and customers.
