As a Retail Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of our retail stores.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all retail stores within the company, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability across all retail stores.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive growth.
  4. Manage and train retail store managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure the availability of quality products and timely delivery.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and in-store events to attract and retain customers.
  7. Monitor and manage store inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained and minimizing stock losses.
  8. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, utilizing this information to make strategic business decisions.
  10. Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Ensure all retail stores are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and presenting recommendations to senior management.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and recognition of achievements.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Retail Operations, Preferably In The Beauty Or Cosmetics Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team, Set Goals, And Delegate Tasks To Ensure The Smooth Running Of The Retail Operation.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Senior Management.

  • Knowledge Of Beauty Industry: In-Depth Knowledge Of The Beauty Industry, Including Trends, Products, And Competitors, To Make Informed Decisions And Drive Sales.

  • Business Acumen: Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales, Managing Budgets, And Achieving Financial Targets While Maintaining Excellent Customer Service Standards.
