- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability for our retail stores.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all retail locations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations Management, Preferably In The Beauty Or Cosmetics Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Retail Staff.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations Best Practices, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.
