- Develop and implement strategies to drive success and growth in retail operations.
- Manage and oversee daily operations of retail stores and distribution centers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
- Hire, train, and motivate retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance and provide feedback to store managers.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on retail operations performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop strategies for staying ahead in the industry.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.
- Ensure the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and standards across all retail locations.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to retail operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve retail operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Operations Management, Preferably In The Beauty Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Strategies.
Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
