Bachelor's Degree In Business Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably Within The Beauty Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Sales In A Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
