- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets for the brand's retail operations.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure proper execution of promotions, events, and product launches in retail stores.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the overall appearance of retail locations is in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and negotiate contracts and promotions.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Manage and report on the budget for retail operations, including expenses and revenue.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers by enforcing safety and security protocols.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard new retail staff as needed.
- Represent the brand at industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Beauty Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Increasing Profitability In A Retail Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers, Vendors, And Employees.
