Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Cosmetics Or Beauty Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Retail Operation, Including Sales, Inventory, And Staff Management.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Retail Industry Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Best Practices, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For The Retail Operation.
