- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities and ensure they are well-maintained and compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline facility operations and improve efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and issues from employees and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors.
- Monitor and track facility expenses and manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management, including contracts, invoices, and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute office moves, renovations, and other facility-related projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the setup and breakdown of events and meetings, ensuring that all necessary facilities and equipment are in place.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as landlords, property managers, and vendors.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Train and onboard new employees on facility policies and procedures.
- Act as an ambassador for the company culture by creating a welcoming and positive work environment for employees.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure that facility needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall functioning of facilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Multi-Site Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Industry Standards.
Experience With Project Management, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Vendor Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Team And Effectively Interact With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
