- Maintain and oversee the daily operations of all L'Oréal facilities.
- Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work for all facilities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential issues and address them proactively.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all facility needs and requests are met in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with upper management to provide updates on facility operations and any necessary changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Train and supervise facility staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
- Handle any emergencies or unexpected issues related to facilities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management.
- Continuously look for ways to improve sustainability and environmental impact of facility operations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for L'Oréal and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Construction Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Facilities Coordination, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
