- Collaborate with various departments and vendors to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office and facility supplies, restocking as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external contacts such as building management, contractors, and suppliers.
- Create and manage schedules and budgets for facility projects and services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and protocols.
- Manage and track facility-related expenses, including invoices and budget reports.
- Train and oversee a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
- Handle any facility-related emergencies or disruptions in a timely and professional manner.

Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Maintenance Procedures
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Departments And Vendors
Proficiency In Facilities Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Create Reports.
