- Manage and oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and prioritize facility needs and create action plans to address them.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential hazards or maintenance issues and take necessary corrective actions.
- Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related concerns, including coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and standards.
- Monitor and manage facility budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute office moves, expansions, and other facility-related projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all facility-related activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve facility processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to facility management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting communication and collaboration among team members.

Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Facilities Coordination Or Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Retail Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Industry Standards.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Tasks And Priorities.
Proficient In Computer Software And Systems Related To Facilities Management, Such As Cmms And Microsoft Office.
