  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all L'Oréal facilities, including offices, warehouses, and production facilities.
  2. Proactively identify and address any facility issues or maintenance needs, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with various departments and external vendors to coordinate facility repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
  4. Develop and maintain a budget for facility expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial guidelines.
  5. Create and implement facility management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and improve overall operations.
  6. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  7. Manage relationships with external service providers, negotiate contracts, and maintain service level agreements.
  8. Keep track of all facility-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications.
  9. Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of facility-related projects, such as office relocations or renovations.
  10. Develop and maintain a schedule for routine maintenance and repairs, and ensure timely completion by coordinating with maintenance staff and contractors.
  11. Respond promptly and effectively to any facility emergencies or urgent issues.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and innovations in facility management, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  13. Train and supervise facility staff, ensuring their compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure smooth operations and address any facility-related needs.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the facilities department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Beauty Industry Setting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And External Vendors.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Facilities Management Software.
