  2. Create and execute strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge on L'Oréal products and stay updated on industry trends.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and building brand loyalty.
  7. Ensure the counter is visually appealing and stocked with the latest products.
  8. Manage inventory and ensure products are properly merchandised and restocked.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
  11. Communicate sales targets and performance expectations to team members.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
