  1. Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of L'Oréal products and their benefits to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  3. Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
  4. Monitor and track sales performance of the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and energetic work environment that reflects the brand's values and culture.
  6. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

  11. Continuously develop and improve team members' skills through regular coaching, feedback, and training sessions.
  12. Represent the brand with pride and professionalism at all times, both in-store and at external events.
  13. Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve store targets and contribute to the overall success of the brand.
  14. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store's appearance is always in line with the brand's image.
  15. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and team members.
