Provide exceptional makeup services to clients, including consultations, application, and education on product usage and techniques.
Create unique and personalized looks for clients, taking into consideration their individual preferences and natural features.
Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and techniques, and incorporate them into makeup services.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of L'Oréal products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
Keep a clean and organized work space, properly sanitizing and maintaining makeup tools and products.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute successful makeup events and promotions.
Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and workshops provided by L'Oréal.
Represent the L'Oréal brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment of beauty products.
Provide feedback and insights on client preferences and needs to help improve products and services.
Uphold all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and safety.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with clients.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall performance of the beauty department.
Take initiative to identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
