Provide exceptional customer service to clients by listening to their needs and recommending products that meet their specific beauty needs.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of L'Oréal products and their benefits, as well as staying up-to-date on industry trends and new product launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, making them feel comfortable and confident in their beauty choices.
Utilize strong sales techniques to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Assist with merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions and brand events to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Proactively seek out opportunities to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve store goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Knowledge And Passion For Beauty Products: A Beauty Advisor At L'oréal Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Be Able To Confidently Recommend Them To Customers. They Should Also Stay Updated On Industry Trends And New Product Releases.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Role Of A Beauty Advisor Is To Provide Personalized And Exceptional Service To Customers. This Requires Strong Communication Skills, The Ability To Listen To Customer Needs, And The Ability To Build Rapport.
Sales-Driven Mindset: L'oréal Is A Sales-Driven Company, And A Beauty Advisor Should Be Able To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets. This Requires A Strong Sales Mindset, Persuasive Skills, And The Ability To Upsell And Cross-Sell Products.
